Cookie Butter Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
- 2 tablespoons cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Crushed cookies (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat the Milk:
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming. Do not boil.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- Add the cookie butter and sugar to the hot milk. Whisk until completely dissolved and smooth.
3. Brew Coffee:
- Brew strong coffee or espresso and pour it into a mug.
4. Mix:
- Pour the cookie butter milk mixture over the coffee. Stir to combine well.
