Creamy Ranch Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a baking dish, layer the chicken breasts on the bottom.
3. Top the chicken with broccoli florets.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, milk, and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese.
7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
