Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta 🍗🍝
🛒 Ingredients:
12 oz fettuccine pasta (or spaghetti)
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream (or half & half for lighter)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken strips with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
Return chicken to the skillet, then add cooked pasta. Toss until everything is coated in sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with garlic bread or a side salad!
