Ingredients 🥩🍤
1 ribeye steak (10 oz) 🥩½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️1 tsp salt 🧂
1 tsp black pepper 🌶️1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
½ cup heavy cream 🧀1 tbsp butter 🧈
1 tsp crushed peppercorns 🌶️1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Instructions 📝Prep the Steak🥄
Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.Cook the Shrimp🍤
In the same skillet, add butter and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, cooking for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.Make the Sauce🍶
Lower heat to medium, stir crushed peppercorns into the skillet, and add heavy cream. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in parsley.Assemble & Serve🍽️
