Stuffed Chicken Rolls with Spinach & Roasted Pepper 🍗🌿

🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts 🍗
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 cup spinach (cooked and drained) 🌿
1/2 cup cream cheese 🧀
1/4 tsp garlic powder 🧄
4 strips of roasted red pepper 🌶️
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
👨🍳 Instructions:
Pound chicken breasts flat, season with salt and pepper. Mix spinach, cream cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl. Spread the mixture on each chicken breast, place a strip of roasted red pepper on top, and roll up tightly. Secure with toothpicks. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken rolls on all sides until golden. Transfer to oven and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
