Big Mac Crunch wrap 🍔
Ingredients:
For the Wrap:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet of taco seasoning
6 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet. Set aside.
Lay one tortilla flat and place a smaller tortilla on top of it. Spread some shredded cheddar cheese on the smaller tortilla.
Add a generous amount of cooked ground beef mixture on top of the cheese, then add shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, onions, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.
Top with mozzarella cheese, then fold the edges of the larger tortilla over the smaller tortilla to form a wrap.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the crunchwrap, seam side down, for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
Once both sides are crispy and golden, remove from the pan and slice in half.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Big Mac Crunchwrap!
