Easy Bake Multi-Seed Crackers for Wholesome Snacking ✨

Ingredients:
1/2 cup / 70g sunflower seeds
1/2 cup / 65g pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 cup / 60g sesame seeds
1/4 cup / 25g flax seeds
1/4 cup / 30g chia seeds
1/2 cup / 120ml water
2 tbsp / 30ml olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: 1 tsp herbs like rosemary or thyme, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Add salt and any optional herbs or garlic powder. Stir well.
3. Add the water and olive oil to the seed mixture. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
4. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes. The chia and flax seeds will absorb water and create a gel, binding the mixture together.
5. Pour the thickened seed mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it out very thinly and evenly using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Aim for a consistent layer.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully score the cracker sheet into desired shapes with a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
7. Return the sheet to the oven and bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until the crackers are completely dry, firm, and lightly golden. The center should feel dry to the touch.
8. Turn off the oven and let the crackers cool completely inside the oven with the door slightly ajar for maximum crispiness.
9. Once cool, break the crackers apart along the score lines. Store in an airtight container.
