Ingredients

1 lb (450g) chicken breast, diced
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Boil Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook Chicken and Shrimp
