One-Pan Steak & Cheesy Garlic Butter Noodles
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
8 oz (225g) fettuccine or egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season steak strips with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak slices and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add beef broth and cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, stir in the cheese until melted and smooth.
Return the noodles and steak to the skillet. Toss everything together until fully coated in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
