Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
4 ears of corn, husked
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat and Prepare Corn:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Husk the corn and remove the silk.
Prepare Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
Brush the Corn:
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn, coating it well.
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese generously over each ear of corn, making sure it’s well coated.
Wrap and Bake:
Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the corn is tender and the cheese has melted.
Serve:
Carefully unwrap the corn and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
