Ricotta & Orange Blossom Cake
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
250g (1 1/4 cups) whole milk ricotta
200g (1 cup) granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
Zest of 1 orange
1/4 teaspoon salt
250g (2 1/2 cups) almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the Orange Glaze:
100g (3/4 cup) powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
Orange zest for garnish (optional)
Directions:
