Mole cake from the sheet metal! 🍌
INGREDIENTS
For the dough
225 ml of sunflower oil
2 eggs (gr. M)
240 g of sugar
1 PCK. Vanilla sugar
380 g wheat flour (Type 405)
1 pinch of salt
1 PCK. Baking powder
4 tablespoons of baked cocoa
250 ml milk
Some butter for the shape
For the filling
600 g of cream
3 PCK.
2 PCK. Vanilla sugar
100 g of tender bitters - chocolate asspel
8 bananas (approx. 1.2 kg)
PREPARATION
1st step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat (circulating air: 160 degrees). Grease a baking sheet (39 x 26 x 4 cm). Whisk oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar for the dough. Mix the flour with salt, baking powder and cocoa and alternately stir with the milk under the egg mix.
2nd step
Put the dough in the prepared sheet, smooth out and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool completely.
3. Step
Route the cake with a spoon about 1 cm deep. Crumble the excavated dough in a bowl and set aside. The crumbs should be enough to cover the cake later.
4. Step
Beat the cream until stiff for the filling, let the cream stiff and vanilla sugar. Lift the chocolate pel under the cream. Peel the bananas, halve lengthways and place close to the cake floor.
5th step
Spread cream cream on the cake and smooth out. Cover the cream with the excavated cake crumbs. The mole cake up to serving colds. The cake results in about 20 pieces.
Our tip: mole cake with strawberries
For a mole cake without a banana, you can simply clean about 900 g of strawberries, halve and take the chocolate cake with it.
