Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 ribeye steak (1-inch thick) π₯©
8 oz lo mein noodles π
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce πΆ
1 tbsp soy sauce π₯’
1 tbsp sesame oil π₯
1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas) π₯
2 tbsp vegetable oil π«

Instructions
Cook the Noodles π: Boil the lo mein noodles according to package instructions (about 4-6 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
