Oreo Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
1½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
½ cup crushed Oreos (about 5 cookies)
2 tbsp milk (or as needed)
8 oz white or dark chocolate, chopped or chips (for coating)
Instructions:
Beat softened butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Mix in vanilla extract.
Add flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms. Add milk if needed.
Fold in crushed Oreo pieces.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
Dip truffles in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the coating sets
