Fresh Tomato Zucchini Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 grams of pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
- 2 medium-sized zucchinis, sliced
- 200 grams of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until they soften.
5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
6. Season the mix with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing everything together for a couple of minutes.
8. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes:
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
- Feel free to substitute shrimp with any protein you prefer.
