Key Lime Pie Jars

Ingredients:

For the crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar

For the key lime filling:
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
1 tbsp key lime zest
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)

For topping:
Extra whipped topping
Lime slices or zest, for garnish

Directions:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press 2–3 tablespoons into the bottom of each small mason jar.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest, and mix until creamy.
Fold in whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
Spoon filling over the crust in each jar and smooth the tops.
Chill jars for at least 1 hour, or until set.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices before serving.
