Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream 🍦
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Pour the mixture into your Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.
3. Turn on the machine and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
4. For softer ice cream, serve immediately. For firmer ice cream, transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
