🍜🌶️ Bold and Creamy Spicy Chicken Ramen Delight 🌶️🍜
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 soft-boiled egg, halved
Sesame seeds for garnish
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
Marinate the chicken thighs or breasts with soy sauce, honey, and sriracha sauce for 15 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice thinly.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sesame oil. Sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well to create a creamy sauce and let it simmer gently.
Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
Add the cooked noodles to the creamy sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Divide the noodles between two bowls. Top with sliced chicken, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, and a soft-boiled egg.
Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.
