Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins (e.g., chocolate chips, fruit)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
