Crispy Fried Mushrooms 🍄✨
Ingredients:
2 cups button mushrooms (cleaned and dried)
1 cup flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
Salt, pepper, and parsley for garnish
Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Season mushrooms with a little salt and pepper.
2. Dredge mushrooms in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) until golden and crispy.
4. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle parsley, and enjoy!
