ONE-PAN CHICKEN WITH CREAMY BUTTERED NOODLES
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 oz egg noodles
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Add chicken to skillet and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 7–8 minutes until noodles are tender.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
