Bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) until fork-tender. While baking, season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then grill until cooked and slightly charred. For the garlic sauce, mix yogurt or sour cream with lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and herbs. Slice open baked potatoes, fluff the insides, and top with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and a generous drizzle of garlic sauce. Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
