🍫 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs 🎯
Ingredients:
For the Brownie Base:
8 oz (about 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
For the Cookie Dough Filling:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp milk (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Optional:
1 cup candy melts or dark chocolate for coating
Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration
Instructions:
Prepare the Brownie Mixture:
In a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
Stir sugar, eggs, and vanilla into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just incorporated. Fold in a handful of mini chocolate chips if desired.
Chill the Dough:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the mixture for easier handling.
Make the Cookie Dough:
In a small bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until creamy. Mix in flour, vanilla, and milk (if needed) to reach a soft dough consistency. Fold in chocolate chips.
Shape the Bombs:
Scoop out about a tablespoon of brownie dough and flatten it in your hand. Place a teaspoon of cookie dough in the center, then roll everything together into a ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Optional Coating:
Melt candy melts or chocolate in a bowl. Dip each bomb halfway into the coating, then place on parchment paper. Add sprinkles while still wet, if desired.
Refrigerate & Set:
Chill the finished bombs in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to keep them firm and flavorful.
