SAVORY GARLIC BUTTER BEEF TIPS WITH CREAMY CHEESY ROTINI
Ingredients:
1 lb beef tips (or stew meat)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz rotini pasta
1/2 cup beef broth
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the rotini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the beef tips: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef tips from the skillet and set aside.
Make the garlic butter sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let the flavors combine for about 2 minutes.
Prepare the creamy sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, letting the sauce thicken slightly.
Add the cheese: Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, allowing them to melt into the sauce, creating a creamy, cheesy texture.
Combine the beef and pasta: Return the beef tips to the skillet and stir them into the creamy cheesy sauce. Add the cooked rotini pasta and toss everything together until the pasta is well-coated.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
