Bread in 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk (warm)
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add the warm milk and olive oil (or butter) to the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined; do not overmix.
Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
