For the Pink Lemonade Base:
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4โ5 lemons)
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup 100% cranberry juice or raspberry syrup (for natural pink color and flavor)
Ice cubes (as needed)
For the Fluffy Topping:
1 egg white
1 tbsp cold water
1 tsp powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)
Optional: A few drops of red or pink food coloring for extra vibrancy
๐ช Instructions:
In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add cranberry juice or raspberry syrup to give it that vibrant pink hue and a touch of berry flavor. Mix thoroughly.
Fill glasses with ice, then pour the pink lemonade over the top, leaving space for the fluffy topping.
In a small bowl, add the egg white, cold water, and powdered sugar (if using). Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat on high speed for 1โ2 minutes until soft peaks form and the mixture becomes light and airy.
If desired, add a drop or two of food coloring to tint the foam pinker.
Spoon or pipe the whipped topping onto each glass of lemonade.
Serve immediately for the best texture and visual effect!
