🇫🇷 Poulet Basquaise
A flavorful chicken stew from the Basque region.
Ingredients:
• 800g chicken (cut into pieces)
• 2 bell peppers (sliced)
• 400g tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 onions (sliced)
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
Add chicken pieces, brown on all sides.
Stir in bell peppers and paprika, cook 5 mins.
Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 30 mins until chicken is tender.
