🇫🇷 Escalope de Veau 🍋🥩
Golden and crispy breaded veal cutlets, served with lemon wedges.
Ingredients:
• Veal cutlets – 4
• Eggs – 2
• Flour – 100g
• Breadcrumbs – 150g
• Butter – 50g
• Salt & pepper
• Lemon slices to serve
Instructions:
1️⃣ Flatten veal cutlets, then season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Dip each in flour, then beaten eggs, then breadcrumbs.
3️⃣ Heat butter in a pan and fry until golden and crisp on both sides.
4️⃣ Serve hot with lemon wedges.
