Cajun Spiced Steak Bites with Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter (divided)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese (for extra richness)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Cook the Fettuccine: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water to adjust the sauce if necessary.

2. Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly.
Add cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth. The sauce should be rich and creamy. Adjust the consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.

4. Combine & Toss:
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and steak bites back into the skillet. Toss everything together in the creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce until fully coated. Let it simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
5. Serve & Garnish: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for added flavor. Serve hot, and enjoy!
