🦐 Crab & Shrimp Bisque (Quick Recipe)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup white wine (optional)
2 cups seafood or chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb shrimp (cooked, peeled)
1/2 lb crab meat
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
Fresh dill or parsley (garnish)
Instructions:
Sauté onion in butter + oil; add garlic.
Stir in flour to make a roux.
Add wine (if using), then stock, cream, and milk.
Simmer 10 mins until slightly thick.
Add shrimp, crab, and seasonings. Simmer 5–7 mins.
Garnish and serve hot.
