Ingredients
20 fresh strawberries (about 2 cups, hulled)
2 cups milk (whole, 2%, or plant-based like oat or almond)
ΒΌ cup pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 cups ice cubes
Instructions
Prep Ingredients: Rinse and hull the strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, reduce ice to 3 cups for optimal thickness.
Blend: Add strawberries, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and ice to a high-speed blender.
Process Until Smooth: Blend on high for 30β60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and slushy with no ice chunks.
Serve Immediately: Pour into tall glasses and top with a dollop of freshly whipped cream (optional but recommended).
Garnish (Optional): Add a strawberry slice, a light drizzle of maple syrup, or a sprinkle of freeze-dried strawberry powder for extra flair.
