Air Fryer Apple Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 large apples, cored and sliced into fries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
4. Brush the apple slices with melted butter, then coat them evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
5. Place the apple fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
7. Remove the apple fries when they are golden and tender. Serve warm.
