🥐✨ Niflettes
Flaky pastry tarts filled with creamy custard, eaten for All Saints’ Day.
Ingredients:
• Puff pastry
• 500 ml milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 100 g sugar
• 40 g flour
• Vanilla extract
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare custard with milk, sugar, yolks, flour, and vanilla.
2️⃣ Cut puff pastry circles and place in tart tins.
3️⃣ Fill with custard.
4️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 20 min.
