Creamy Parmesan Italian Sausage Ditalini Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
2. Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add the ditalini pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
