Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 medium onion, diced (optional for fewer carbs)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper to taste

1/2 cup sour cream (or cream cheese for creamier texture)

1 cup shredded mozzarella (or provolone/cheddar blend)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in onion, garlic, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.

Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream (or cream cheese). Mix well.

Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot and enjoy!
