Spicy Chorizo Breakfast Hash 🍳🌶️
A hearty breakfast with crispy potatoes and spicy chorizo sausage.
Ingredients:
2 cups diced potatoes
1/2 lb (225g) chorizo sausage (crumbled)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 red onion (diced)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 eggs (optional)
Instructions:
Cook Potatoes: Sauté diced potatoes in oil until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Cook Chorizo: In the same pan, cook chorizo until browned. Add bell pepper and onion; cook for 5 minutes.
Combine & Season: Add potatoes back to the pan and season with smoked paprika and chili powder.
Optional Eggs: Fry eggs and serve on top of the hash for a complete meal.
