• 🍬 100 g of sugar

• 🧂 1 pinch of salt
• 🥚 2 eggs
• 🥛 100 ml of coconut milk
• 🧈 50 g of melted butter
• 🍦 1 cdta of vanilla essence
👵🏼Preparación👵🏼
1. 🔥 Preheat the oven at 180 ° C and grease your molds.
2. 🧂 Mix the flour, coconut, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
3. 🥄 In another bowl, I beat the eggs and sugar to foamy. Add coconut milk, melted butter and vanilla.
4. 🌀 Integrate the dry ingredients little by little until there are no lumps.
5. 🧁 I distributed the mixture in the molds to ¾ of its capacity.
