👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with 12 liners.
In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the hot water or coffee (this enhances the chocolate flavor).
Divide batter evenly among liners and bake for 18–20 minutes.
Let cool completely, then core the center of each cupcake and fill with 1 tsp Nutella.
2. Make the frosting:
Beat butter until creamy (2–3 minutes).
Add powdered sugar gradually, then Nutella and a pinch of salt.
Add milk/cream to adjust consistency.
Beat until fluffy and smooth (3–4 minutes).
3. Decorate:
Pipe Nutella buttercream on each cupcake.
Top with Kinder Bueno pieces and optional drizzle or nuts.
