You’ll Need:
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/4 cup sliced black olives
• 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
• 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (or turkey pepperoni)
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Quick Steps:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook beef or sausage until browned. Drain.
2️⃣ Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper.
3️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. In ramekins, layer cooked meat, marinara, and toppings.
4️⃣ Add mozzarella, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, pepperoni, and Parmesan.
5️⃣ Bake 10–12 mins until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with basil or parsley and serve hot!
