You Will Need:
Cannoli Shells:

Butter: 3 tbsp
Egg yolk: 1
Marsala wine: ½ cup
Egg white for sealing
Oil for frying
Cream Filling:
Mascarpone: 1 cup
Ricotta: ½ cup
Pistachio spread: ½ cup
Powdered sugar: ⅓ cup
Vanilla: ½ tsp
Topping:
Melted pistachio cream
Roasted pistachios
Powdered sugar
Instructions:
