Broccoli Cauliflower Salad 🥦🥓
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the veggies and mix well to coat.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
