Red Velvet Oreo Roll Cake

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon red food coloring
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup crushed Oreos
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
Add the vanilla extract, melted butter, milk, and red food coloring. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
While the cake is baking, prepare a clean kitchen towel and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
When the cake is done, remove it from the oven and immediately flip it onto the prepared towel. Gently peel off the parchment paper.
Roll the cake up with the towel and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Stir in the crushed Oreos.
Unroll the cooled cake and spread the Oreo filling evenly over the surface.
Roll the cake back up and dust with more powdered sugar before serving.
