Salmon fillets (skin on)
Olive oil
Garlic (minced)
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt & pepper
Butter (for sauce)
For the Sides 🥔🌿:
Baby potatoes
Asparagus
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)

Instructions
Toss baby potatoes and asparagus with olive oil, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven or air-fryer until golden and tender. While they cook, brush salmon with olive oil, season, and grill until beautifully marked and cooked through. In a small pan, melt butter with garlic and lemon juice for a quick sauce. Plate the salmon with the veggies, drizzle garlic butter on top, and sprinkle fresh parsley to finish!
Notes & Variations
Add chili flakes for heat or swap asparagus for green beans. For extra richness, top salmon with a lemon cream sauce instead!
