Creamy Ranch Steak & Mozzarella Garlic Butter Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb steak, thinly sliced
1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Cook the Steak:
Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Make the Cream Sauce:
Stir in the heavy cream and ranch dressing. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Combine Pasta and Cheese:
Add the cooked pasta and shredded mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
