Ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) milk, room temperature
1 egg
2¼ tsp (7 g) instant yeast
¼ cup (50 g) sugar
3¼ cups (406 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5 g) salt
¼ cup (50 g) softened butter
1 cup raisins (for dough) + ½ cup raisins (for filling)
Egg wash: 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
