Day 2 of only one meal a day! I feel so much lighter already you guys 😇 I’ve been doing keto for awhile but I’ve never fasted like this and I’m loving it!!
Here’s my meal for the day! onions sautéed in coconut oil, grilled chicken with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper on them, a can of green beans and cheese thrown on top. SO FREAKING GOOD! ❤️
