Coconut cream with pineapple jam 🍍🥥

🔸 For the cake:
• 1 cup butter without salt, softened 🧈
• 2 cups granulated sugar 🍚
• 4 big eggs 🥚
• 1 cdta vanilla extract 🌿
• 1 CDA coconut extract 🥥
• 3 cups flour all use 🌾
• 1 cda baking powder 🧁
• ½ cdta salt 🧂
• 1 cup coconut milk 🥛
• 1 crumbled coconut 🥥
🔸 For filling:
• 1 pineapple jam cup 🍍
• ½ crushed pineapple cup (well drained)
🔸 For the glaze:
• 1 cup butter without salt, softened 🧈
• 4 cups powdered sugar ❄️
• ¼ cup coconut milk 🥛
• 1 cdta vanilla extract 🌿
• 1 crumbled coconut (roasted) 🥥🔥
👵🏼Preparación👵🏼
1️⃣ Cake: preheat at 175 ° C and grease 3 molds of 23 cm (9 ”).
Beat the butter with the sugar to creamy. Add the eggs one by one.
Incorporate the extracts.
2️⃣ Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add this mixture to the previous preparation alternating with coconut milk.
Add the crumbled coconut and soft mix.
3️⃣ Distribute in the molds and bake 25-30 min. Cool 10 min and unmold.
4️⃣ Fill: mix the jam and crushed pineapple. Booking.
5️⃣ Glass: Beat butter, add dust sugar and coconut milk alternating.
Add vanilla. Beat until creamy.
6️⃣ Assembly:
Place a layer of cake, cover with filling, repeat with the second layer.
Close with the third layer and cover with the glaze.
