🥔 My Best-Ever Cheesy Potatoes
🛒 Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced
1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your fave blend)
½ cup heavy cream
4–6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp chopped chives
🔥 Directions:
In a greased baking dish, layer sliced potatoes and shredded cheese.
Pour over cream and sprinkle with bacon and chives.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour, uncovering the last 10 minutes for golden, bubbly goodness.
