3½ cups powdered sugar

For the Coffee Ganache:
3 tbsp heavy cream
1½ tsp instant coffee
4.5 oz white chocolate bar, chopped
Instructions:
Bake the Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 6-inch cake pans. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Dissolve instant coffee into the vanilla, then mix it into the butter mixture with eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing until smooth. Divide batter among pans and bake for 27-31 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Make the Buttercream: Beat butter and salt until fluffy (about 5-10 minutes). Gradually sift in powdered sugar. Dissolve coffee into vanilla and mix into the frosting. Whip until light and airy.
Prepare the Ganache: Heat cream and instant coffee until dissolved. Add chopped white chocolate and melt over a double boiler until smooth.
