Scallops in Garlic Butter Sauce 🧈🧄🦪
Ingredients:
• 1 pound large scallops
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup white grape juice (substitute for white wine)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Season Scallops: Pat scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2. Sear Scallops: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add Liquids: Pour in white grape juice and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Combine: Return scallops to the skillet, spooning sauce over them. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
6. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
